The Town of Buxton utilizes the services of Parker Appraisal as the assessing agent for the Town. Parker Appraisal is the oldest Maine owned revaluation company in the State of Maine. Parker Appraisal handles the annual maintenance and revaluation for the Town. Buxton has been utilizing the services of Parker Appraisal since the early 1980's. The Company is owned and operated by Robert Gingras.
