Voting Districts are described below and are available on Voter Registration Maps at the Town Office, and during elections.
State Representative District 131
District 131 includes all of Buxton southwest of the Saco Road and Long Plains Road to the Dunnell Road. Then the east side of Dunnell Road, the southeast side of Carll Road and the southeast side of the Waterman Road from the intersection of the Carll Road to Flaggy Meadow Road, and then the south side of Flaggy Meadow Road to the Gorham Town Line. This District also includes all of the Town of Hollis.
State Representative District 130
District 130 includes that portion of Buxton northeast of the Saco Road and Long Plains Road to the Dunnell Road. Then along the west side of Dunnell Road, the northwest side of Carll Road, and the northwest side of the Waterman Road to the Flaggy Meadow Road, and along the north side of Flaggy Meadow Road to the Gorham Town Line. The District also includes a portion of the Town of Gorham.
State Senate District 5
State Senate District 5 includes the municipalities of Buxton, Dayton, Old Orchard Beach, Saco and a portion of Biddeford, north of the Biddeford-Arundel boundary.
