Prior to backfilling (waterproofing must be complete and all drains and rocks in place). |

Can be combined with electrical and/or plumbing rough-in inspection. |
Electrical: |
The Town of Buxton does not issue permits or inspect electrical. A Master electrician must complete the final inspection and report directly to the State. |
Plumbing: |
All before closing the walls in. |
External Wastewater Disposal Systems: |
Two inspections are required: 1. Pre bed inspection 2. Final inspection (prior to backfilling) |
Final Inspection: |
A final inspection is required prior to Occupancy. |
