The Department of Public Works' role is to provide for the management, care, maintenace, design and construction of the public infrastructure. The Department is the primary caretaker for the Town's roads. We ensure the aesthetic image and safe environment usage by the community through street sweeping, snow plowing & ice control, proper signage. Along with the maintenance of streets, storm drains, and catch basins in the public right-of-way by providing minor repairs where needed and maintaining inventory of resurfacing and recconstruction needs.
