The Planning Board consists of seven elected Buxton citizens with a purpose to assure the orderly growth and development of the Town, by focusing on protecting the health, safety and general welfare of the Buxton citizens and keeping in consistent with the provisions of the Buxton Zoning Ordinance and the Comprehensive plan.
