Selectman Emery said he followed up on the Board’s discussion last week about using the mechanic longer and he went down to Public Works to find out exactly what that person will be doing and how long they estimate it will take to get that work done.  They will keep him up to date on how the work is going until they get to the point where the work is finished up.

Selectman Harmon said she has not been in much this past week.  She has been doing her annual volunteering at different schools.

Selectman Harmon reminded people that hunting is prohibited on Town property.  Several people have been spotted hunting near the Town Hall complex and down at Town Farm.  She said although it might look like a nice wooded area and a good place to hunt, it is prohibited on Town land.  Selectman Emery will check into whether or not it needs to be posted.
