PUBLIC HEARING FOR:  Saco River Dentistry for a conditional use permit for a facility expansion.  Located at 440 Narragansett Trail in the Business/Commercial zone; Tax Map 5, Lot 47B.

Site walk review:  Peters Construction has submitted a sketch plan for a 48’ x 72’ operations center (garage/office).  Located off Long Plains Road.  Tax Map 3, Lot 47-1.

Scott Chasse of Stonecraft is requesting a conditional use permit for manufacturing concrete countertops in the rural zone, located off Long Plains and Dunnell Road.  A portion of Tax Map 6, lot 7.

Mark Curtis of STJ, Inc. and the Town of Gorham Planning Board are requesting Buxton Planning Board signatures on the final plan for Jane’s Woods Subdivision located on Files and Line Road; Tax Map 74, Lot 4 in the Town of Gorham.  Land owned by John Phinney.

Mark Curtis is requesting a conditional use for the expansion of the office space for STJ, Inc. /Gorham Sand & Gravel located at 939 Parker Farm Road Buxton.  Tax Map 67-1.

A sketch plan for a two-lot subdivision on the Moulton property off Long Plains Rd; Tax Map 6, Lot 7.
